We decided to stay at Fidelitas Hotel again during our recent trip and it was just as amazing as the first time! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was cozy and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby hospital. the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. the bathroom is nice and well-maintained. the breakfast options are excellent, with a good variety of choices for vegetarians and even options for vegans. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. the lobby is beautifully designed with wooden elements and nice lighting.

The TV in the room has limited options and some movies are only available in Hungarian.

Always choose this place. No regrets. First stay staff helped with insect bite. Suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hr reception, Bar/Lounge, Coffee shop, Jacuzzi. Coming back for city break.

I chose Fidelitas Hotel to visit Kalnoky Castle, and I was pleasantly surprised by the staff speaking English and Hungarian at the front desk. Their language skills made communication much smoother, adding to the overall convenience of my stay. the Fidelitas Bar offered a wide selection of coffee, wines, and beers, allowing me to treat myself to a delightful beverage after a day of exploration.

There were a few issues that need to be improved. The parking access was a bit inconvenient since we had to ask for help each time we needed to enter.
